The United States Men’s National Team is an underdog in its match against England.
The United States are coming off a disappointing draw against Wales, while England dominated Iran in a 6-2 win earlier this week.
Shortly before kickoff on Friday, the Americans were +600 behind, while England remained heavily favored at -195 odds to win at Caesars Sportsbook.

The odds are better for the US to end the match in a tie at +310 odds. Much of the money that has been wagered on the outright winner of the match has gone to England, not the USA.
However, sportsbooks are expecting a fair amount of activity until kickoff.

The matchup between the United States and England has received more bets than any other World Cup 2022 match so far, according to a BetMGM official.
If the US pulls off the big upset, it wouldn’t be the first time an underdog has prevailed in this year’s tournament.
Saudi Arabia defeated Argentina earlier in group stage action. Saudi Arabia entered the match as a 25-1 underdog. Japan also surprised Germany on Wednesday.
The favorite to win the World Cup is still Brazil with +250. France has the second best odds at +650 at Caesars Sportsbook.
The United States is 125-1 to win the FIFA World Cup Trophy.
