Erica Herman’s lawsuit against the trust that owns the home where she and her ex-boyfriend Tiger Woods stayed came to light Wednesday amid a separate lawsuit involving a confidentiality agreement against the golfer.

Herman filed the lawsuit in October against the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Trust, which owned the home in Hobe Sound, Florida, claiming at the time that it provided «valuable services» for the defendant’s «agents» as part of their «oral lease.» . according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The documents say the unspecified services were of an «extraordinary nature» and that no legal proceedings were taken to «legally» end the lease. The documents say that defendant chose to «engage in ‘prohibited practices,’ i.e., self-help, causing serious actual, consequential, and severe emotional harm to plaintiff. The prohibited practices were done intentionally, knowingly, and with premeditation.» «

Herman alleged that she was tricked into leaving the house and, upon her return, locked up.

«Specifically, through deception, Respondent’s agents convinced Claimant to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, told her that she had been locked out of her residence, in violation of the oral lease and in violation of Florida law,» the documents allege.

They then informed her that she was not allowed to return to her residence and, without a lawyer to help her through this emotional time, they used a lawyer to confront her with proposals to resolve the crime they were committing.

«Respondent’s agents attempted to justify their illegal conduct by paying for a hotel room and certain expenses for a short period of time, after they had locked Plaintiff out of her home and scared her not to return. «Worse still, Defendant’s agents removed Plaintiff’s personal belongings from her Residence and misappropriated more than $40,000 in cash belonging to her, making libelous and defamatory allegations about how she obtained the money.»

Herman claimed that he could be entitled to about $30 million.

Lawyers for the trust filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, first claiming that the trust was not the person he was actually looking for, and that it was the trustee he did not name in the lawsuit. The trust’s attorneys also claim that it was Herman who removed his belongings from the home and that «oral lease agreements» are only valid for less than a year in Florida.
