Paris Saint-Germain star Achraf Hakimi’s wife, Hiba Abouk, walked out of divorce court with nothing after learning that Hakimi’s fortune was in his mother’s name.
Abouk, 36, was seeking a divorce and half of the 24-year-old’s wealth after French prosecutors charged him with rape in March.
However, Hakimi, who hails from Morocco, has no property or money in his name, as his fortune is in his mother’s name.

Hakimi is estimated to be worth more than $70 million and earns $215,000 per week, according to Arab News.
Court officials determined this after Abouk filed for divorce and told him that even his PSG salary was registered under his mother’s name.

When news broke that Hakimi had been indicted on rape charges, Abouk went on vacation with her two children to Dubai. It was later reported that she decided to want a divorce.
Hakimi and Abouk got married in February 2020.
Hakimi was placed under court supervision in early March after a 23-year-old woman came forward accusing him of rape. A preliminary investigation was opened, although one report said the victim did not press charges. Authorities kept up the investigation because of his testimony against Hakimi.
The woman claimed that Hakimi raped her at her home in Paris.
Hakimi played a crucial role in Morocco’s historic run at the 2022 World Cup. In seven games, the defender had an assist.

He has also played for PSG the last two seasons, with eight goals and nine assists. He has four goals and three assists in 24 games this season.
