The measure includes taking possession of the assets, assets, businesses and patrimony of the company.

The Superintendence of Companies decreed the intervention, under the measure of taking possession, of the assets, assets, businesses and patrimony of the company Makro Housing Construction Real Estate SASand Jorge Peña Piñeros, in his double capacity as legal representative of the aforementioned company and individual merchant.

As reported by the entity, the measure is taken after determining that the subjects
indicated they developed activities of massive and habitual collection of money from the
public without the proper authorization of the State.

Makro Vivienda Constructora Inmobiliaria SAS, a company that executed several constructions in the municipality of Fusagasugá (Cundinamarca), adds this intervention to five other processes that it has related to companies whose corporate purpose is the provision of real estate services and construction of projects of living place.

The purpose of this judicial intervention, according to what was indicated by the Superintendence, is the return of the money delivered to the collectors. For this, the judge will make use of his powers to seize all the assets of the intervened subjects.

As it is, the people who are considered affected by the unauthorized collection, in which Makro Vivienda Constructora Inmobiliaria SAS incurred and Mr. Jorge Peña Piñeros, must present their claims to the designated inspector agent.
